Ginozan Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture. KOUKI FARM cultivates organic apple bananas in this nature-rich place, known as the "Village of Water, Greenery, and Sunshine."
The apple bananas we grow are a little different from the bananas you commonly see in supermarkets. They are small, rare, and characterized by their rich sweetness and aroma.
We face each plant individually, utilizing the power of nature without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our acquisition of organic JAS certification also stemmed from our desire to "deliver with confidence."

By paying close attention to the small daily changes and carefully nurturing them until harvest, we produce bananas with a fragrant and rich flavor.
